Common Questions

How long do transactions take?
Buy orders are typically processed within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation. Sell orders are processed once we receive your crypto, which varies by network congestion.
What are the fees?
Our rates are competitive and updated in real-time. For buy orders, you choose a miner fee (Economy, Standard, Priority). All fees are shown before you confirm.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data. Your information is stored securely and we never store full payment details on our servers.
How do I change my password?
If logged in, go to your Profile page and use the security section. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
